Delivery Information

Welcome to Estrella's Creations' delivery information section. Here, we are committed to providing you with transparent details about our delivery methods, packaging, and associated costs. We believe in building trust through clear and honest communication, ensuring that your floral arrangements reach you in perfect condition, just as you expect them.

Orders placed 24 hours in advance are delivered between 8AM to 10AM.

Orders placed the night before or in the morning after 10:30AM will be delivered from 7PM to 8PM.

Please provide the recipients cell phone number to avoid any re-delivery fees or give the OK to leave on the porch.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note our policies:

All sales are final.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, proper watering is essential for longevity.
Recipients are responsible for trimming stems and maintaining arrangements.
Availability of flowers may vary with seasons; substitutions may occur but will resemble the original design as closely as possible.
For any inquiries, please reach out to us directly.
It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the recipient's availability at the time of delivery, whether to a workplace or home. Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided once delivery has been completed as per the sender's instructions.
To maintain the surprise, we do not call ahead to confirm someone is home for deliveries.
